User Obligations

Service Terms

Booking and Scheduling

• Studio bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund
• Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without compensation
• We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to technical issues or emergencies

Payment Terms

• Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement
• All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
• Late payments may incur additional fees and suspension of services
• Refunds are provided according to our cancellation policy

Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Valerixis and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Client Content

• You retain ownership of all content you create during our services
• You grant Valerixis a limited license to process and edit your content as part of our services
• You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights to any content you provide
• You agree not to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others

Valerixis Property

• Our trademarks, service marks, and logos may not be used without prior written consent
• Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by Valerixis without compensation
• Our proprietary methods and techniques remain our intellectual property

Limitation of Liability

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Valerixis and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the Services, or your violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

Severability and Waiver

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver
